Return Policy
We stand by our product, and if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with AccuBiotic, you may return your order to us for a full refund.*
You must begin the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. If you do not begin the return process within this timeframe, you will not be eligible for return authorization.
- Contact us to make us aware of your decision to return your order.
- After we authorize the return, you may send the bottle(s) you are requesting to the address listed below. All bottles you wish to receive a refund for must be included in the return regardless of whether they were opened or not.
- Once the return is received, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, this refund may take a few business days to appear on your billing statement.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns.
- Customers are liable for the product(s) until the return is received by us. We are not responsible for any lost returns.
- All refunds exclude the cost of any additional shipping fees paid for expedited shipping.
- A maximum of one (1) opened bottle is eligible for return. For example, if you purchase two (2) bottles, you may return two bottles within 30 days of receiving your order so long as only one of the bottles has been opened. If both bottles were opened then only one will be eligible for return.
